I ordered some tire rims for FedEx to deliver they had given me 3 different delivery dates they finally admitted to not knowing where my packages are now I have another delivery date as I type this complaint I will NEVER deal with this company again stay as far away from FEDEX as you can UPS an USPS is much better and the customer service seems to really care and not give you that standard B S

As consumers we’re limited as to how goods ship. Vendors rip us off. Smartpost from almost anywhere takes 6,7 or more days. USPS is faster and if sensibly shipped is cheaper. FedEx May argue their packages are better tracked. That’s BS too. By choice use USPS or even UPS! Let’s stop this FedEx con; we’re the only ones who suffer.

Never use FedEx unless you can sit at home all day waiting for them. They told me 3 different times they'd be here so I ended up sitting home all day waiting. Wasted my entire day off!
