Very expensive item delivered to wrong address

Attempting to take advantage of 'Black Friday', I bought a very expensive laptop. Delivery was supposed to be by FedEx overnight.

I did not receive the package. I opened a complaint with the shipper and found out that the package was delivered... to the WRONG address. The proof of delivery with a photo was sent to the shipper, not to the receiver.

Only after I acquired the delivery photo, I was able to identify the delivery site and retrieve the package. The FedEx driver is probably cross-eyed or illiterate, since he/she could not read the destination address properly and match it with the address on the house wall.

Someone went into my box and took my diffuser out, and I am very upset about it. I lost a $114.00 It's what this item cost. I sent two diffusers back to aroma three sixty, but they say I only had one in the box when I know I sent two, so they only sent one back that is So wrong someone had to go in my box and take one of my diffuser out yes, I am very upset.

FedEx provided The Worst customer service with the exception of one individual. FedEx "Customer Service" via 1 (80*) ***-**** absolutely terrible and not at all helpful.

Agent just kept repeating an apology and giving reasons why he could not do anything about an 80 lb. package being left at the bottom of the stairs where is could have gotten rained on, instead of at my door. I am 74 years old and physically unable to take up the stairs. Next when I spoke to the man in "Escalations" he did the same thing.

Just kept repeating "I'm sorry etc." and saying they cannot contact the truck driver! Like it isn't a FedEx issue at all. Ridiculous.

I drove across town to the FedEx Express office and actually got real help from Mona. She was helpful, courteous, understanding and kind.

She called Topeka FedEx and asked them to send out someone to get the package to my door. There was no definite answer that that would be done since the supervisor was in a meeting. So I waited.

When I placed my order I was not given the option to write instructions for delivery. Another instance of poor customer service.

I would not be at all surprised if that lacking option is in some FedEx contract. When I called the vendor the agent told me, "I'm going to be honest. This happens all the time with FedEx."

An hour or two later, God blessed me with a young neighbor who tapped on my door and offered to bring the package up the stairs for me. Awesome!

Sadly, my FedEx nightmare was not over because when I called the Topeka Ground office and spoke to Lydia she had a great interest in quoting FedEx policy to me about a few things including re: female delivery staff and heavy packages.

Why? Why not have the common sense to thank me for my courtesy in calling to save a FedEx employee a trip? I could have chosen to treat FedEx staff they way I'd been treated for the better part of the day (with the rare exception of Mona) and just let someone make a senseless trip to my address. But Mona had left me with a good feeling so I called.

And then Lydia ruined my improved impression by her FedEx-righteous speech and a very clear desire to "set me straight." Garbage.

I mean REALLY: three out of four FedEx workers went out of their way to be unhelpful by rudely repeating canned "policy" which apparently was designed to leave a customer with nothing. Why on earth should any customer care about policy when service has sunk that low?

Wake up.

FedEx - Delivered at the wrong address

This is the second time that my package was delivered to the wrong address. My address is 820 Bird Bay Way and my packages were delivered at 820 Harringcove Circle.

And I never thought Fedex courier will do this. I received a lot of packages from UPS, USPS and they all delivered my packages right at my door but FEDEX delivered my packages to our neighbors which is a few blocks from our condo.

Goods not receivedNotification and photo of delivery shown but FedEx did not knock or ring doorbell. Items were"stolen"...My bedroom is three feet away behind the wall from the picture.

I would have heard the doorbell or the knock. My wife's caregiver would have heard the knock or the doorbell. Items were for my wife who has dementia.

Wanted to see if your product would give her some clarity. now I have lost almost $600 and confidence in FedEx and in your company for not having a signature required upon delivery of what I consider a medical need.

Never received package

FedEx - Never received package

I am extremely disappointed as I have not received the item I ordered from SHEIN. I have always had a smooth experience with DHL, the usual carrier used by SHEIN, but this time, for some unknown reason, FedEx was chosen to deliver my package.

Unfortunately, FedEx made a mistake and sent it to the wrong address. Despite their efforts, they were unable to retrieve the package. I was advised to contact SHEIN for assistance, but I am facing a lack of cooperation from their end. This situation is not my fault, yet I am left without my merchandise or a refund.

It feels like I am being taken advantage of. I hope to resolve this matter amicably, but if necessary, I will not hesitate to escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau. My hard-earned money should not just disappear without any resolution.

Do you know what a manager named Tommy said to me? She laughed and said there was nothing she could do just because the driver took it to the wrong house.

Again I will reiterate your customer service sucks. Both reps lied refused to let me talk to someone else above them, one of the reps promised me delivery (it is now 3 days with out my package that I need to assemble my chair). I will never order from a company that uses FedEx again.

The customer service representative was nice enough and tried to be helpful. He made notes on my delivery that the driver was to call me if they had any trouble with the delivery.

However, the driver drove past our road and left our package in the grass at the top of the hill without attempting to drive to our house. The driver told a neighbor that our road was blocked, which is entirely false. We were standing in our driveway at the bottom of the hill and watched the FedEx truck drive past our road.

Neither did the driver make any attempt to call me. This is the FOURTH time FedEx drivers have left packages in the grass at the top of our street.

Packagee delivered to an amazon fulfillment warehouse and I need help

You delivered my $4000 package to an Amazon fulfillment location. This is the second time.

Tracking number is 779841****75. This was 1/3 pieces. The other 2 made it to me. This one went to amazon for some reason.

I physically went to amazon in new Stanton Pa where my package was delivered and was told "we may or not find it". I went to FedEx in hunker Pa after where it was confirmed that my package went to amazon. I need my package.

I needed it 2 weeks ago. Pls help.

No human contact option when they lose critical meds

I was having meds delivered from out-of-state 2 day air- they never arrived and on 3rd day I tried calling Fedx. What a nightmare- it's ALL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE and a real low budget type of AI.

NO way to get hold of a human. Then the AI lied ( obviously incompetent IT *** set that up by design ) telling me the package was on my front porch - which it was not. The shipper finally got thru to a Fed x rep who stated that it was still sitting in a warehouse in Colorado. I live in Illinois.

Finally got it 1 week later with no apology or explanation. Got charged full price. Fedx used rto be the gold standard for shipping.

Not any more. Just another *** corrupt company with zero regard for customers.

My package delivered to the wrong house

The driver delivered my package to the wrong house and I drove up and down my street looking for the door that's in the photo and I found the house and I knocked at the door and the home owner said that they didn't receive a package. So I paid $249.00 for a gold necklace pendant with the letter c on it .

From Robert Irwin jewelry. And they FedEx customer service person. They told me that I would have to go back to the jewelry to file a claim to get start a process to get my money back. For a mistake that your driver made.

So why do I have a correct a problem that you're company made. ? The photo that he posted is not my address. I drove down my street and I thought I seen the house on the photo.

And the home owner cussed me out. Saying that they didn't receive a package even though I showed them the picture that your driver posted that that was the house he dropped off the package.

So I was told to go back to my shipper and have them file a claim and I don't think that's right. So I will be contacting my lawyer and let him handle this problem.

My address has the # and street name clearly marked on the side of the mailbox as well as on my front porch yet, somehow, my parcels are either damaged, lost or delivered to another house. Why can UPS and USPS deliver without any problems?

It's a shame that 'negative stars' can't be "awarded" to this HOT MESS of a company.

They have no idea what's going on. Customer support is in the Philippines, the lowest cost for FedEx to keep the bane of their existence, Customer Service, going.

Please understand that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NEGATIVE REVENUE GENERATING/PARASITIC ENTITY THAT EVERY COMPANY ***HATES***. That's why customer service has moved totally out of the United States.

And hearing that in today's connected world, that a FedEX Customer Service representative cannot contact the "driver" is complete ***
