Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

Recently, ordered a tankless water heater. Well, Fedex claims my address in Gaffney, SC doesn't exist ... I guess our farm disappeared in the two weeks since the previous delivery ... Some genius at Spartanburg Fedex Terminal decides that no, I live in another city and redirects the water heater to an address in Charlotte, NC. No one bothered to pick up the phone and simply call little ole, me. When I looked on the mobile tracking app, I find it says the package was delivered to here in Gaffney. Immediately call Fedex. They insist, I really mean insist, they delivered it to the Farm in Gaffney. They try to claim the package is/must be incorrectly addressed ... I repeatedly tell them, no, this IS the correct address. You can guess it goes downhill from here ... They asked 24 hours to look into the matter. I gave them 24 hrs and called back. At first, I am told that the unit is being held in Charlotte Terminal. In process of waiting for the 'assigned customer service manager', I find out the truth of what happened with the misdirection of the water heater ... The 'assigned customer service manager' finally gets on the line, not knowing what I had just found out ... He makes a fatal mistake in my mind. He outright lies to me about the status. That Fedex found out nothing about the package and is insisting their records show proper delivery ... Yep, I nailed him on it. Matter is far from resolved. I have opened a Fedex claim. Not expecting quick resolution and will continue to roil on them in whatever form I can.

Fedex - Horrible

I have contacted FedEx with no resolution to the problem. They explained that it will take 2-7 business days to be at my local post office. They have already had it for 5 business days with no true "location" of my package. It left chicago yesterday via tracking was brought to Ohio then this morning was marked as in transit from Chicago AGAIN. Slowest delivery service I have ever seen

Change the name to Dumba**Post because smart is beyond inaccurate. I will never buy from a retailer that uses FedEx again, they are extremely unreliable and their customer service is the worst! My package was literally in my state then it was sent away! It was coming...

This happened Dec. 1st. I called Fedex and reported I did not get my parcel and they told me it was delivered to my door that morning. I was home all day with my outside door open looking for them to deliver. That Monday following the failed delivery I received a call...

Fedex - Never again

Waiting for a delivery that was suppose to be delivered at the end of business day today hope they don't leave in on my porch tomorrow in the rain please don't knock the post office you're just a bad never again

Fedex - Smart Post, My ***

Takes over a week to get a small package from the mid-west to California. This is with out a doubt the worst mail service from a company that used to be known for fast delivery.

Fedex - Not so smart post

2 weeks to deliver Nj. To Arizona. Package bounces around in a container randomly until full then shipped. Fedex uses usps to delever. We uses fedex because is is a better service than usps. They haveno control over how usps handles package
