Two damage shipment by Fedex in a row

I have two separate packages delivered by Fedex in the same week and both are note as damage during shipment. One international and one domestic. Fedex needs to handle our packages with more care!

Fedex - Not paying attention

Fedex - Never delivered my package /Shame Fedx Driver

Bottom line is the FEDX driver never delivered my package to the job at said time, and falsified the signature on his hand held device. Bad BUSINESS practices FEDX. Supervisor don’t return calls, call center don’t give out any helpful info. FEDX is a joke
