Overnight envelope has been in the Danbury, CT. FedEx office for 48 hours now. Danbury FedEx has come up with two reasons that the envelope has not made the trip to the destination....9.5 miles away.
They recorded the package was delivered as overnight scheduled but then recanted that story saying the driver wasn’t sure of the address. That address has been taking FedEx and UPS shipments for 30 years. The station agent - Curtis is full of excuses and no resolution.
Based on this case and two previous similar first hand cases this year I conclude that FedEx appears to lack corporate responsibility for taking fulfilling their business proposition.
xponentglobal wrote the review because of bad quality at Fedex. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1750 and wants Fedex to "deliver the package, an explanation for why i should bear the losses of this transaction".
The most disappointing in user's experience was lack of resolution and lack of first call resolution. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
