This shipment has been late 3 days now and keeps getting a "delivery exception", saying that the customer is not available or that the company is closed.
First, this is a residence.
Second, I work from home and I am always here.
Third I have a motion detector and security camera on our driveway.
There has been NO delivery attempts to this address. I have contacted FedEx four times informing them of the problem and giving my cell number so the driver can call me if there's a problem... but this is day three of "attempted" delivery and still nothing!
In the past, the problem was any packages were left next door on my neighbor’s front porch... now I can't even get a delivery.
