Yesterday I my 2 pkgs were delivered to the wrong address. Today, while i was home & the wife was in the house the driver left a door tag in the middle of the driveway.

No pkg. I called Fedex to have it brought back. My problems really began then. And no pkg yet.

They could not contact driver. They wanted me to travel 50 miles 1 way to get package. They refused to refund me. One oprator insulted me.

I called complaints to file a complaint against him and that operator wouldnt take the complaint because it had no tracking number ( honestly, if i cannot get a badge number and the person who contacted me didnt offer a tracking number, what am i to do?) The level of incompetence is systemic.

One driver is one. This was 3 seperate drivers over the course of 2 days, one distribution center, 3 customer satisfaction representatives and further proof that my needs are better met elsewhere
