Fedex's service is just *** and they are just biggest scammers !! Neither they delivered our products to Bankura ( which is a domestic shipment ) , nor they have shipped our product to USA ( which is an international shipment ) . Tracking ID: US - 803085410311 , Bankura - 8057 4536 6673 ! You must stop your operation immediately and stop harassing people before some irritated customer place a serious lawsuit in consumer forum against you!
Neither they have returned our products !
The account manager is not even bothered and customer care(?) always say - we do not have any information! then why the *** you have opened a customer service desk if you cant reply ?

Preferred solution: Return our products as it is, Refund the money we paid for the shipment and share a status in your official facebook page saying "SORRY, WE APOLOGIZE FOR OUR POOR SERVICE" .
