i paid $100 for my priority shipment and the driver who attempted delivery at 1:20pm refused to go back, though it was only 3:20pm.... He said delivery will be made next day between 6 to 9 pm....

I called international customer services, who said they can only "put a request ", and that according to their records there was no delivery attempt yet and that the package showes as "on the truck" . I called the Israeli station, though the customer service representative , Michal, was very nice , she was unable to help.

Customer advocate,Dolores, sounded more like a Fedex advocate...

Long story short, I could have used USPS and receive the same slow bad service but for much less money...

Monetary Loss: $100.

2 hours later that driver could be 30 minutes away. You don't honestly expect him to go all the way back, making every one else's deliveries and pickups that he has to do that day late, do you? Because that would be downright selfish.
