I ordered a package through Amazon prime that was delivered through FedEx. The driver leaves a door tag for me to sign.

I sign it. The driver comes back and then leaves a note telling me he can't leave this package outside. Why the *** didn't you tell they that when you left the original door tag? Or why didn't they tell me when the next attempt would be made.

I called customer support to verify my address to have my package delivered my way and they were unable to verify me. This is so aggravating. I work full time and I don't have time to deal with FedEx's ***. I don't understand why they can't leave MY package at MY front door as to accommodate to MY needs.

Worst customer service imaginable, they won't deliver anything the way you ask them to unless a fee is involved. I will never use FedEx again as long as they disregard their customers needs.

What is the point of paying for 2 day delivery when the idiots delivering make 3 attempts over 5 days to deliver it. 110% dissatisfied.
