HOW ABOUT YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING COSTS WITHOUT MAKING US ROT ON HOLD ON ANOTHER 800 NUMBER WHEN YOU SCREWED UP AND FAILED TO FOLLOW YOUR OWN PROTOCOL ON FOUR DIFFERENT LEVELS?
