I've been waiting for a package for three days and at the end of the day the enter on the tracking information that the customer was not available which was a bs since i work from home and i even saw the driver going by without stopping .I don't know how this is possible .That's why i prefer UPS ,they never fail , at least with me .I recommend UPS but FEDEX , run away from it !!!!!!!My time cost money but they don't care !!! What they offered me ?To re-attempt deliver on the next day ,seriously ???I'm pissed ! I could get a lot done in the time i wasted .

Monetary Loss: $2300.

I have a day to get ahold of fedex because they didn't even TRY a delivery, they just phoned once when the package wasn't even at their facility yet and never tried again. Even Loomis isn't this bad, and they're bad. Yeah, Express is just a lie.
