1st...most rep don't speak English well enough to be in that position.

2nd...the response are alway "I apologize"....I don't want apologies, I want my package....

3rd...their website trcking is so inadequate...usuallu 2 days behind..... no one seems to know where the stuff is at....

4th....take a look at FedEx so called insurance .....reserch this with GOOGLE....you'll be amazed...what a scam they are running...

The complete run around by customer service only to have them say after 2 weeks.... where is your original receipt.....even with an insurance receipt forom FedEX...

The US Mail is starting to look better...
