Paid the extra money for 3 day shipping. Package was supposed to be here Monday night by 8pm.

Tuesday evening I am on hold for over 45 minutes before I get to talk to someone. All the guy told me (with a very hard to understand accent) was that I had to pick it up between 9am-1pm on Christmas or wait until the 26th. I asked why my package sat at the facility for 2 days, getting increasingly upset. He tells me that he will transfer me to his manager.

I wait another 20 minutes and it hangs up!

And I didn't even get the address of the facility it is currently sitting at. So now I get to stay on hold again.

Monetary Loss: $10.
