The customer service at Fedex is by far the worst I have ever witnessed. My company payroll check came by fedex standard overnight.

I was instructed by Fedex to call at a specific time to upgrade because it was accidentally done as a standard overnight which wouldn't come for a couple days. I called in to upgrade and they said it was upgraded to get there on Saturday instead of Monday. I called again the next morning and the person told me that it wasn't coming afterall because they couldn't upgrade it.

Then they told me that they had talked with the specific station it was at in my city and that I could pick it up instead if I wanted to.

I drove 30 minutes to do that to not only find out that I couldn't pick it up. I then called again and they said the same thing and had the lady on the phone talk to the person at the front desk.

Nothing happened. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Monetary Loss: $45.
