My package showed delivered, but was not. UPS package came same afternoon, it was on the porch.
FedEx manager stated that it was a senior driver and obviously was not the driver's fault. I know that driver made an error two weeks ago when I got someone else's package. But he insists it's not his driver's fault. Then his attitude was, oh it's ok because you can just call Amazon and they will resend the items.
Like it's no big deal. It is. First in cost of product, then in loss of me liking FedEx. They use to be a good service provider.
Now I'm on board with UPS. Their customer contact people need to learn some real skills in dealing with these issues.
