My customer Service representative Reina-Mare Celestino continues to insist that my package is with customs However FedEx legal have informed my Attorney that it has been cleared. She also puts blame with her Manager and refusing to give me her manager name and contact. Why FedEx what are you hiding have you lost my package??? Below is the email from FedEx Legal

Dear Atty. B, Thank you for your email. I apologize for the late reply. We are pleased to inform you that the Bureau of Customs has just authorized the clearance of your client’s shipment. At present, we are coordinating with the Bureau of Customs to have your client’s shipment released. We attach with this message, the clearance documents, as well as the receipts for the settlement of duties and taxes for your client’s reference. Originals of the receipts and clearance documents will be delivered together with your client’s package. We will provide updates as soon as we can. As an additional measure of goodwill, we will be waiving the storage charges amounting Php 24,970.40 associated with your shipment.
