I had an item that I paid over $100 being delivered. Once I tracked it showed delivered to my business, however was not there.

Once I followed up again they said it was delivered and signed for after 6:00 at my business and signed for by Me. Well my business closed at 5:00 PM and I was never even there, I was at my 2nd shift job and for them to tell me I signed for it, really made me upset. So I dont know where my item is.

Once I did a claim they sent me a message that it was delivered properly and I needed to contact the seller. That is BS it was not left or signed by me, I couldnt have been there cause I was already at work since 3:00 terrible customer service and no reply back from FedEx when I told them I was not there, my package was not there and they lied I signed for it.

Family member mugged while traveling. I had to overnight passport and $ so they could return home on time.

Paid for Priority Overnight. Fed Ex employee guaranteed noon arrival. I verified guarantee 3 times with that employee. Package arrived 1:24.

Great deal of stress trying to track package for an hour when hadn't arrived - couldn't connect with human being.
When trying to get refund spent a great deal of time online, on phone again trying to get to human being. Finally did, was told weather was the delay reason, not eligible for the refund. I explained that the weather events happened before not after I shipped the package and so I could have been warned when shipping that it may be delayed. I would have made a different choice if I had known.
I also explained the tracking history shows that package was on a truck in the area of town where it was to be delivered, at 8:51.

Weather is not the reason this particular package was late. Got denied, asked to speak to someone higher up, was transferred to someone lower level customer service who was the only helpful person to me today - she got me transferred to the revenue department again. Told me same things, I said same things. I was calm, didn't raise my voice, was respectful.

When I said I didn't accept the reason for the refund denial, the Revenue Dept. representative said, "since this is the final resolution I will hang up now".

I began to ask for an address to send a written appeal, but was cut off before I finished my request.
What happened to my family has been difficult and this experience made it worse. But the fact is, it doesn't matter the reason why the package needed to be there on time, it just matters that I paid for a service that failed and the responsible company refuses to honor the money back guarantee.

I do business with a company that only uses fedex. They do not give me the option to pay additional to use different carrier.

Every...single...shipment is a total fiasco. Package is always "delayed", when it finally reaches Memphis (hub) , it is delayed again, AND unaccounted for, usually due to "weather issues"...
When I have attempted to contact customer service, if I am successful in reaching a human, they are in some call center in another country, English is not their first language, nor do they even pretend to be remotely interested in helping you. It feels as though they are reading a script, very poorly I might add, and they only parrot back information you already know and have read on their sorry tracking system. Which by the way, as of this morning, I received notification that after sitting in the FedEx center for over a week, my package had finally started moving and had left the airport of the country of origin, and their tracking also confirmed this, however, several hours later, I check again and tracking shows that the package is in the originating city...

No mention of the airport customs clearance etc as it was this morning. Absolutely enraging!
Fedex! Hire people with at least a basic grasp of the English language to work on your English speaking phone lines...better yet, stop outsourcing!

Hire people who can stay awake during their shift.
Extremely poor service, right down to the idiot truck drivers who throw the boxes against my house... Un-effing-real.

Your customer service is worthless--all they say is they cannot help me. Your driver showed up to deliver the package on Saturday--I went out to the truck--he couldn't find the package--he had no idea where it went--he told me he would look for it and return.

he hasn't returned; there is still no package.

I talked to two people who were unhelpful--they claim you cannot track this without a number-there must be some way to track it by address. I would like for someone to contact me about this.
