The delay of my package without updates.

It sucks. They did not give me any updates.

They made me assume that the package was missing or damaged like that. If I am a manager or owner of a shop, I certainly do not use Fedex at all.

FedEx said we sent to shipper,but shipper says We don't have your package, we gave to FedEx. Hoping my package will come soon.

Delivery and tracking is a joke

This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. I am expecting a delivery that required me to use FedEx and they can't tell me where the package is, and they only have an automated phone system that will not help beyond I will receive my package by the end of the day.
Why is this bad, well because FedEx also does a terrible job of scheduling deliveries.

I had to sign for the package and thus need to be home. Which means I have to rearrange my schedule. First I received a link from FedEx to select a delivery time in a 2 hour window with 3 dates. I picked Monday from 9-11AM.
Friday afternoon before delivery I receive a call from a FedEx employee confirming my delivery time, which I said was done already for Monday between 9-11AM.

I was told they only provide 4 hour windows and when do I want it delivered. I asked if 9AM - 1PM was an option and he said yes.
Okay, so now we are a 4 hour window and the employee doesn't even reference the original schedule.
It is now 4:30 PM on the delivery day and still no delivery. So I've had to sit in my house, rearrange my entire schedule throughout the day, and had to cancel and change work.

I tried going online and calling and all anything reports is that the package is scheduled for delivery by the end of day. What happened to 9-1?
The last tracking update was 2 days prior to delivery in a town 6 hours away and when I called to check there is only an automated system and it refuses to put me through to a human because "they won't know any more information".
So just use another carrier service if you actually want any reliability and customer service.

On October 24, 2023 I had my medication FedEx to me in Be!ize Central America. It was supposed to arrive November 2.

It costs $238 including taxes And it took 9 days. I could have drove to Belize in less time. From Florida it only takes 7 hours to get to Belize. On November 2nd I received a text message from FedEx that my package had arrived and it was clearing customs.

I called the FedEx office and asked If my package was there, and what time they closed. The woman confirmed to me that it had arrived and the office closed at 3:30 pm. I went to the local FedEx office in San Pedro town to pick up my package, and I was told my package was still in Belize city. When I called the FedEx number I thought I was calling the San Pedro office.The woman who answered the phone did not identify where the office was, she just said "FedEx." The tracking number did not work and it took an additional 3 days with me calling the corporate office almost historical because I was going to run out of my blood thinning medication on 06 November.

Without my blood thinners I am susceptible to getting blood clots and having a stroke. In addition to the $238 it cost to have my meds FedExed to Belize, I had to pay $60 in duties to get my medication, which I get free from the VA because I am a 100% disabled vet. It took a total of 12 days.This is poor customer service and the founder of Fedex, Fredrick would not be happy with this type of subpar service The Customer service people in Belie are untrained and unfriendly, and they need to be retrained in proper customer service procedures, and how to properly answer the telephone. In addition, the local office will not call or send an email to let you know your package has arrived.

Thuere is no delivery in San Pedro because they don't have street addresses! The tracking tool did not work, it was still showing my package on the mainland in Belize City after I had picked it up!

I have had numerous problems with FedEx. They cannot find the correct entrance to my building and chose to deliver packages to a nearby apartment building with a different address. I have made more than 100 phone calls to try and get my packages delivered. Their website is useless. I try very hard to get packages any other way.
