The representative apologized on behalf of FedEx and said the unprofessional way my package was delivered would be reported. I’ve not heard from FedEx, so I don’t know if that happened or not.
I have had numerous problems with FedEx. They cannot find the correct entrance to my building and chose to deliver packages to a nearby apartment building with a different address. I have made more than 100 phone calls to try and get my packages delivered. Their website is useless. I try very hard to get packages any other way.
