I had ordered medication via a mail-away prescription service. Since I needed the medication soon, they decided to send it via Fed Ex.

When Fed Ex came to deliver it on a Friday at 10:00 I was sick in bed so I called for a re delivery. I asked if they can deliver it on Saturday but they don't do Saturday deliveries. Then I was told that the re delivery would be done on Monday between 8:30-10:30am. I got up at 8:30am and waited for the package.

When it hadn't been delivered I called at 10:45am and was told that I should receive it by 12:00noon. Then when I didn't receive it by 12:30 I called again. I was told that I would receive the package by 2:00 and if not by then I would receive a phone call. The package wasn't delivered until 3:25pm - 5 hours late!

- and I asked the delivery guy why it was so late he told me that there aren't specific times given for re deliveries.

Then, when I opened the package some items were damaged. I am so disgusted and will never use Federal Express again!!!!!
