I spoke with Amanda with FedEx, since I still have not received my child's Christmas gifts two days after Christmas. When I called on yesterday, I was assured my package would be delivered on Friday, 12/27/2013.

However, when I checked the website it said that the package was at the station awaiting me to pick up. I never said I would pick it up-someone there made this decision without my consent. Long story short, the company does not care about my experience, package or convenience.

I ended up during 45-mins to get my child's package. I certainly will not use any merchant that uses this shipping provided.
