Fedex delivered my $250 package to the wrong house. When I reported the package missing, they said they would start an investigation and get back to me in 24 hours, which they didn't.

A couple days later, a man drove to my house and said the package (a 60 pound crib) had been delivered to his house by mistake and that he would bring it to me. I paid the man for his labor and kindness and let FedEx know what happened. I asked for compensation for what I paid the man and not surprisingly they gave me nothing. Even after making a BIG delivery mistake, and causing me stress and loss of money, their customer service said there's nothing they can do.

I'm sure they could have done something if they wanted to! Just thought I'd share so others know what kind of company FedEx is.

They would have picked it up and redelivered it for free if you wanted to wait.
