Today 6/7/2018 at approximately 1:52pm I called to report that two packages were left at my address in error. The representative was disrespectful with the way he addressed me and when I lashed back at him he got even more rude. I stated I wanted to speak with a supervisor at which time I was put on hold for approximately 20min. The person who came on the line supposedly a supervisor was just as rude.

I explained twice to this person that two packages were left at 404 Harrison Ct, Bel Air Md 21014 and that they needed to be picked up and delivered to 400 Harrison Ct Tracking # 431662825905.

In all 26 minutes of my time to correct your wrong and be abused verbally by two of your company's represtatives.
