I have my shipments delivered to the wrong address three times in the last week. One of the shipments was delivered to the wrong state.
Anther issue is that UPS rings the buzzer to my apartment with their deliveries. FEDEX (when they do deliver to the correct address) just throws it at the front door.
I will never order from a company that uses FEDEX as their delivery service again. I work in the retail field and have instructed my clients not to use FEDEX if possible The customer service call center is not helpful at all, in fact they are rude and disconnect calls
