On 10/16/20 Fedex delivered a package to my address that did not belong to me. I immediately contacted Fedex customer service to report this and have them pick it up to deliver to the correct address.

On 10/18/20 I still had not seen or heard from Fedex to pick up the package so I called again. Today is 10/21/20 and I have just placed my 3rd call to report this issue and again, request that someone from the local hub contact me. I feel bad for the person that is waiting on this package. I've been sick and the package is too heavy for me to deliver it to the correct address.

I've checked the package to see if I could contact the store it was purchased from but unfortunately, it was shipped from a distribution center with no info from the original retailer. When the customer checks the tracking number online it is going to show delivered on 10/16/20 and Fedex shows some BS proof of delivery and will probably claim that the package must've been stolen from the doorstep to get out of having to pay for the item.

This is the 2nd issue I have had with Fedex in the past 30 days and my 3rd issue is that I am currently waiting on a package that has been sitting for 3 days in a Fedex facility 23 miles from me that can't seem to make it on a truck. Did they lose my package at the Bloomington, CA facility?

User's recommendation: Retailers, please Do Not use Fedex!!! I have never had a problem with UPS.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
