Wasted two full days waiting for delivery of HP computer. The delivery was scheduled for 6/24/2015.
On the day of expected delivery, checked tracking number to learn there was now a delivery date of 6/25/2015. Called FedEx to complain and was told that they would give me a heads up phone call on the time of delivery on the25th.Since no delivery expected for the 24th left home at 3 P.M.Upon return found Door Tag for delivery attempt at 3:51PM on 6/24/2015. No phone call from FedEx giving the delivery time for the second delivery attempt on 6/25/2015. Waited all morning into the afternoon of 6/25/2015 and still no phone call and no delivery from FedEx.
In summary FedEx gives very poor delivery service. I will specify United Parcel Service for all future orders!
