Package ordered 6/30 - shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight. All tracking said it would be shipped by 3:00pm on 7/1. At 3:00pm delivery status changed to N/A.
7/2 on truck for delivery at 7:42am
7/2 2:00pm - called FedEx Customer Service - was told that the package was delayed due to thunderstorms and that the package was due to be delivered by 3:00pm because it was Standard Overnight. I kindly explained that standard overnight would have had the package delivered by 3:00pm on 7/1.
7/2 - 3:00pm - Still no delivery and I am now writing my review. I now have a project delayed by a day and a pissed off client. Thanks FedEx!
Will request all shippers use UPS instead of FedEx from now on.
Reason of review: Problem with Delivery AND Customer Service.
Monetary Loss: $10000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Terrible customer service, Non-delivery of shipment.
