I have sat in the living room of my daughters home for 4 hours 2 consecutive days waiting for a package to be delivered.We were told by FedEx that it had been in our town for a week but not yet delivered.
They finally made a feeble attempt to deliver it with no one ever hearing a knock on the door or the doorbell ring but we found a door tag saying it required a signature. Today for the second day in a row I sat for 4 hours in the room never leaving it even one time. No knock on the door. No doorbell ever rang and I stepped out the front door and again a door tag was on the door saying they tried to deliver.
This is ridiculous. When I called the FedEx 800 number they said no door tag number existed and there was no delivery scheduled to our address. I am utterly appalled.
There solution was well maybe tomorrow they will try again.Who wants to do business through someone like this
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: Nightmare customer service.
