First shipment was scheduled for 10/11. I told them no one would be avail to sign for the entire week.
When I returned I found 3 notices taped to my door. Immediately I called and they told me it would be brought back on the 18th. Later I saw on website the pkg had been returned.
Finally they admitted they had screwed up. I received umpteen apologies but no satisfaction..I untimately had to reorder the item and I think they will probably use fedex again..Hoping for better results next time..The rep I spoke to admitted that I had left proper instructions but fudex had messed up
