So i drop off a critical package bound for A data recovery center for a crucial hard drive recovery to be shipped OVERNITE by Fedex Express on june 14th and instead of shipping it they HOLD it for PICKUP because apparently they scanned it in error as a HOLD at the shipping office. So for 6 days they did not contact us or anyone else and just sat on an OVERNITE package with no delivery in site until i get an email that it's just sitting at the location where it was dropped off!!.

WHAT!? calling and complaining and all i got was "WE ARE HUMAN AND AN ERROR HAPPENED AND WE'LL SHIP IT TONITE!" REALLY FEDEX!??? your sole purpose in life is to deliver a box and you failed miserably at it. i mean this is an EPIC failure by a shipper who used to give a *** about their customers...

get with the program and figure it out Fedex. you'll be wiped out as a shipping business when you do *** like this. I'll be sure NOT to use you anymore. USPS and UPS with all their issues will always deliver my stuff and if not they will at least call me and let me know there is a problem.

*** shipping company! avoid it!!
