Fedex - Did not hold package even after customer service made a note
We were having a watch that was repaired shipped back to us.It required a person to actually be there to sign and receive the package.
Due to time constraints no one was at home to receive the package. I contacted customer service with a date that I would be able to come to the warehouse and pick up the package. Customer service made note of it. Well four day before the date I requested, I received and email that they are shipping back the watch to the shop.
I contacted customer service about this, they called the warehouse and the manger said that they could not keep it longer even though it was requested. so the watch went back, it is being reshipped and it is costing me $70.00.
Not happy about this.Will ask the company to use UPS instead.
