After becoming sick of ups's rate hikes, my company decided to try fed ex...and has been nothing but a headache..not only do you have to schedule two seperate pickups for ground and express(how cost effective is that?!) , but they charge you for them also. Its bad enough you have to wait one whole day for your regular pickups to kick in.

I came to work this morning, and outside were my two ground packages..really? so i called fed ex..they told me there was no record of me ever scheduling a regular pick up...I SPOKE TO A LIVE PERSON AND SET IT UP....he told me WELL, I CAN SCHEDULE THIS FOR YOU, BUT THEY WONT PICK IT UP TILL MONDAY..i explained to him that these needed to leave YESTERDAY when the pickup was supposed to happen, and its ridiculous that i have to wait untill monday customer service there..just told me that he cant prove that i ever even scheduled..thats when i proceeded to say ILL JUST USE UPS, THANKS FOR NOTHING! and hung up..never again!

Im sorry, but ill pay extra with UPS for great customer service!
