I booked a collection from Italy to India - a system fault prevented printing of the label which generates the tracking number. I then spent > 1 hour on the phone with Fedex - first to be told that I could not have booked the shipment (I had a screen print confirming the payment and all details complete) before a system fault was admittedNo one at Fedex had any interest to help to resolve the problemThe fault is with senior management and the system which does not allow intelligent problem resolutionEverything is system driven by the tracking number - if no tracking number because of a system fault no one cares to help

Monetary Loss: $100.
