Tracey Wheeler customer service manager needs to go on a course in customer service. My parcel couldn’t be delivered because they apparently had an incorrect telephone number.
They had full address and postcode and it should have been delivered by 9am. There are 4 houses down my road. By 12:30 it wasn’t delivered it’s on the van and they can’t guarantee it will be delivered before 9am tomorrow.
Excuses were there were branches overhead her attitude was to shout which in turn infuriated me. Please play back the telephone call and train her dismiss her do what ever you need to try to maintain any kind of customer service you claim to offer.
