My package is 2 days late. This wouldn't be a problem, but I payed for 2-day shipping.

I was home all day the day my package was supposed to be delivered. I was listening for the door. I checked the package tracking and according to that everything was on schedule. But no.

The package never arrived. So the next day I called Fedex. I was told by the representative that they attempted to deliver the package but no one was home. I told the rep that I was home all day.

She replied, "well, according to the report no one was home." Right. Not only did Fedex not even attempt to deliver my package, but they have no customer service.

I know of many people who have had the same experience with Fedex. I sincerely hope that this dishonest company (with their abysmal "the customer is never right" policy) goes out of business.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Dishonesty.
