We were expecting delivery today, as the package was placed on FedEx delivery vehicle early morning. We did not get it and your tracking web site shows: "Delivery exception, Customer not available or business closed".

We were here all day, 3 of us. Your driver did not show up at all. I received call from your local center about 3 pm, the man was rude and categorically refused to send somebody to deliver today. He said "you can pick it up at our center".

We have been experiencing this king of conduct for about half a year. You local service center provides inadequate, dismal service.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Two Day Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $9500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Poor service.

This is the problem with FedEx. Package handlers, managers, drivers, contractors are all overworked and underpaid.

Customer service is a joke because they outsource It. Most of the people working there hate their job, so they don't really care about customers.
