Fedex - Disorganized and awful customer service
I am expecting my husband's driver's licence sent from Brazil to the US, since we need to rent a car during our stay in the US.We have paid for the next day delivery.
The package was sent on Tuesday and was supposed to arrive on Wednesday Only on Thursday Fedex "tried" to deliver, but since the room number wasn't in the package, they did not leave in the hotel. We called Fedex several times to the number in Brazil and in the US. After leaving the complete address again, the room number, the hotel name, leaving an authorization in the front desk, letting the hotel know about the urgency that we have, Fedex garanteed us that everything was set for a successful delivery. We asked when the packeges would be delivered and Fedex told they woul return our call (which never happened, depite requesting the same thing several times).
They "tryied" to deliver only today (Friday) but since they forgot to put the hotel name in the package, they did not deliver again. In the meanwhile I am calling several times to Fedex, they hang up the phone a few times, or they say they will check the information letting me wait for a long time.
I came to the US only for a few days to buy things for the twins that I am expecting.Instead, I am just waiting in hotel for Fedex to decide to return my calls or to deliver this importand document that should be delivered two days ago.

That exactly what they told me, no room number on the package, so they didn't leave it at the front desk.
Does not make sense that his Drivers License was not in his wallet. (strange) especially when someone travels.
