I can't recall any time that a FedEx drive used my Ring Doorbell to let me know when a package is being dropped off. I'm retired. I would like to have the opportunity to get my package before a thief does. No matter how many times I've emailed the, facebook message them, tweet to them, nothing changes. I usually get a message back saying a "manager" would like to talk to me but only once did they follow up and contact me. Again nothing changes.

Why can't companies that I do business with give me a choice of delivery services? I even have a message on my door telling them to ring the doorbell. Still. nothing.

I also have a note next to my door asking delivery services to ring the doorbell so I know I have a package.

I really would like a choice in choosing my delivery service instead of the company I order from choosing it for me.

No, the drivers still don't know what a doorbell is and supervisors don't call you back.
