I ordered a package to be shipped from California, tracked it and found it could not be delivered, I wasn't home. Called corporate, left instructions that I will pick it up at depot.

Go to depot, find it's still on truck. Informed them I will pick it up tomorrow. Called ahead, delivery was attempted, I wasn't home, but signed door reciept to leave item. Got home Item wasn't there.

Called corporate @!#&* they gave me local depot, who asked what would I like them to do.... DELIVER MY F&#K!#@ package "*** is as *** does." One hand knows not what the other does!!!!
