Not resolved

I live in Singapore and was expecting to get a parcel delivered on Saturday. It didnt happen. The parcel had my passport inside and I had already booked a flight for next day. I had to cancel my flight and accomodation, worth 500 dollars. When I call on monday to see what happened, they told me that the parcel had actually arrived to singapore on Saturday morning. So why the h*ll didnt they deliver it to my house that day?

I call them again at 9.30 AM on the same monday, and they said they would deliver by 1 pm.. 4 hours later!! since it was supposed to be delivered on saturday, the least they could do is deliver it monday early in the morning right?

Im really pissed with their lack of professionalism. I will never use fedex again!! Those kind of sh*tty companies should go bankrupt!!
