Our deliveries usually happen later in day, now we have to contend with mood of driver and whether he feels like making the delivery at all. May contact shipper and suggest canceling order if they cannot provide proper delivery service.

With more and more purchases and business done online, we need delivery service that is accountable for its actions. It's time to tell suppliers that if they can't deliver, then they aren't going to get our business.
