I was expecting my repaired iPhone back today. I have been without it for 2 weeks due to some issues with Apple, and I was excited to have it back as no one has been able to call or text me (unless they have iMessage).

My window is literally 2 inches from the front door, and somehow I didn't even hear this guy shuffling around.

My doorbell is rather loud and I can easily hear when someone knocks so I know he didn't even try.

I'm furious because my work and life is in my phone. Lugging my laptop around has been inconvenient and it's inconsiderate and rude of FedEx to not tell their damn drivers to just take 3 seconds and knock on the door!

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Unreliable, Noncompliance with delivery instructions, Did not follow through.
