Fedex - Driver is incompetent
I don't know who this current Fedex driver is. I've never had a problem with FEDEX before but for the last 2 days this dummy keeps coming at the same time and not leaving the package.
I was here all day until about 5 minutes before he supposedly tried to deliver it. He left door tags but it did not say that a signature was necessary. Fedex says that they cannot specify time or return to redeliver on the same day for a home delivery. I have had this same item delivered five times already in the past few months and never had to sign for anything.
It was always just left there. The customer service agent was nice but useless.
