Saturday 02/18/2017 10:14AM Driver reported our business was closed and could not deliver. The business was open with 3 employees working.

The 30 foot wide double door where we receive our deliveries was wide open. No door tag was left. I called customer no-service, 11:38am after seeing the false delivery attempt online. They informed me the truck was still making deliveries in another part of town.

They instructed me they could have it dropped at the local Fed-Ex drop site for pickup and I would get a call in about an hour informing me that the package could be picked up. I elected to try that.

Well 6-1/2 hours later and 2 more phone calls, I had no delivery or the ability to pickup the package and I would have to wait 3 more days to receive the delivery because of a Monday holiday. All they could say was we are sorry.
