The driver marked the system that he delivered my package to me at the correct address and got a signature of someone that does not live here nor any where around here. More likely he stole the package (a computer) and sold it for himself.
After 8 calls with customer service, not one person could say that they actually talked to the driver whom is the only person in FedEx that could possibly retrieve the package.
It is a pretty poor delivery company that can not communicate with their own drivers! I hope that the $750 insurace fee comes directly out of this driver's paycheck!
