To me it is beyond irritating when a company will lie to its customers. I got an automated phone call yesterday saying Fedex ground would deliver a package today.
This is a very important and very expensive items so I re-arranged things to not only be here but make sure he/she did not miss me--I worked in the garage with the door open. Impossible for me not to see them or vice versa. I came in at 2:30 to have lunch and I checked status of delivery on line. It said, customer not home or business closed.
I called fedex, they said that is what driver reported at 12:09. I said I was here and the agent wanted to know if you could stay home again tomorrow!
To top it off, I have a full camera security system; looked at video from 11:30 to 12:30, nothing. Lying, stinking sob's.
