I contacted FedEx as you stated and I was given the following Call Tag # 9************1. I was told that that the earliest that they could pick up this damaged shipment would be Monday April7.2018 between 9AM and 3 PM .
We will see
By the way This it totally unacceptable and a huge inconvenience as I have a 72lb 6ft x3ft box setting in my house for 2 weeks and have to maneuver around This item. Thank You,

Further more I was to receive 2 packages Tracking #'s
4*******6 and 4*********5 It Was stated that they were delivered FedEx ground Not true . I contacted the Shipper and they sent out replacements for these. I had informed FedEx I have a Camera focused on my doors.
On 4/23 tracking # 4********8 arrived Damaged(I sent photos to Mr Limon about this matter aftr contacting fedEx with no results
I once again contacted the shipper and tracking # 4*********9 Was Claimed to be delivered on 5/1 2018 Which was a lie . Attached you will see camera and damaged Packages YES I have a video camera attached to my enterances So Fed Ex tells me this Good morning Sir,
After looking into this further I have discovered the call tag has expired and will need to be recreated, unfortunately that is not something I can do.
The number to call to request a call tag is 1.800.463.3339 just ask for a call tag for your package and they should be able to help you.
I apologize for your continued inconvenience please let me know if this does not get resolved or if your packages continue to not arrive as scheduled.

Thank You for responding to my email.
There is an alley behind my house, but one would not be able to get a truck up there. besides UPS, Giant, Safeway ,Amazon, Value City Furniture, U.S.P.S all deliver in to my front door. As for picking packages at other locations, I have a Medical Issue in which I'm unable to drive at this time Trust me If I was able I would not need to other locations, Besides I paid $136 to have these packages delivered to me and not for me to drive 3-4 miles to pick up packages. Most of the time FedEx stops across the street of my house and has to dodge traffic( when you have a package weighting more than 40 lbs./18.15 kg one should not stop across the street
I wait and watch by my door when I know when I'm expecting any packages from any carrier.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Excuses, Fedex lack of delivery, Failure to deliver, Dismissive and not my problem attitude.
