FedEx Ground uses drivers that don't even know how to read addresses. They attempted to deliver my parcel at the WRONG ADDRESS, and refuse to make it right. It's their error and they can't be bothered to help at all.
It's impossible to escalate the issue even when it's their fault, they couldn't care less. They say they'll call you back but they don't. Impossible to talk to a supervisor.
FedEx is so much worse than UPS or DHL.
Shame on you FedEx.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of fedex shipping and associated monetary loss in the amount of $535. Fedex needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
