I shipped a birthday present to my daughter in law on Saturday, Sep 7th with the understanding that it would be delivered Tues or Wed. On Thursday evening I called my son since I hadn't heard anything from them.

He explained that the driver called them and said he couldn't find their house! (They live on 87th, a main thoroughfare in Phoenix). He tagged the package as a wrong address, and said he was going to drop it off at the Post Office and have them deliver it! Today is Friday and I called FedEx.

I was blessed with a rep whom I barely understood. I told him what happened and his response was "go ahead now, you can speak" I told him I had already spoken! He called someone in Phoenix who told him it would be delivered today. Of course it will!!

The Postman knows how to read an address!

Completely disgusted with FedEx and their service, or lack thereof. Never will use them again!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
