On January 29, my delivery was left at my neighbor's house. That wasn't so bad, but the box was broken and empty.
Filed a claim, for the $200.00 worth of contents lost, which was rejected after their 'investigation' determined that the package was delivered to the correct address. This is not the first time, or the most recent time, that FedEx has failed us. Just last week they failed to deliver another package to us. We tracked it online, and the driver had entered that we were 'closed', so he could not deliver.
Funny, we were here all day! Our security camera showed that no delivery truck entered our driveway.
Please tell everyone you know - do not use FedEx!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of delivery service and being lied to. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of package and associated monetary loss in the amount of $216. FedEx needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
