One month ago, a birthday present was to be sent to the US via Fedex. The parcel got to as far as the airport in US before the paperwork had to be supplied THREE times and always lost.
After daily emails (with no reply), multitude of attempts to resolve what was a SIMPLE situation and their utter incompetance, I repeated myself over and over again and even contacted the shipment centre in the UK to endeavour to create communication. Basically, the final straw was that my parcel was not going anywhere and I had to pay for it to be returned to myself which only happened yesterday.
As for Fedex writing a little statement as to 'Please contact their customer service department' !!! My advice??
Not worth the passing thought!
I have contacted their customer service department almost daily for about two weeks. They can't help or don't even reply.
Monetary Loss: $200.
