my client in the states shipped a package through fedex to singapore and it was supposed to reach on 14th january but it was delayed.so i called fedex singapore and a customer service personnel named peter attended my call. at first i was so pissed off with their service but peter told me it was delayed beyond their control so he said he will monitor the shipment until it reaches my doorstep,he called me and follow up closely until i got the shipment on the 16th.As for peter,you can go a long way in Fedex,keep up the good work dude.
