Extremely bad and irresponsible FedEx, unacceptable bussiness practice by Fedex
Item shipped on Feb 14th, expected delivery by Feb 22nd. By Feb 17th (Sat), it arrived in Rialto, Ca, then just sit there not moving.
By Feb 21st, I called and asked customer service why didnt they continue to move and deliver my package (Rialto is only 1 hr away from my house)? Why was it just sit there not moving?! Customer service never answered my questions. She repeated like a robot that my package is "en route", then will be hand over to USPS for delivery...etc....
and I should wait for delivery on Thursday Feb 22nd. Today is Feb 22nd, and according to the tracking info, Fedex just "sent the shipping info to USPS"!!
dont know when the package will be delivered. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBLE FEDEX AS A COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
