Wow, just wow.
I called to file a claim because a package I received was broken. Long story short, I asked if I needed to file the claim on the phone or if I could do it online.
The guy said "online."
me: "...ok... is there a specific link I need to go to?"
me: "wow, really? So I'm going to waste 10 minutes of my time searching the site for the 'file a claim' link. Great. you guys have horrible customer service. Is there a survey at the end of this call that I can do?"
Guy: "no, we don't do service"
Yea, clearly. This company SUCKS and I hope they go out of business ASAP. I will never use them ever again.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $1100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
